Q.What is the Combinatorial Technology?

A.It is the technique to make the composition spread specimen having all the combination of the compositions on it.

Q.Mono-layer deposition with Wedge shape thinkness distribution???

A.For deposition around the thickness of the mono-layer, the coverage factor can be changed, actually. Therefore the linear and accurate composition spread can be made by the mask motion.

Q.What is the benefit of the Combinatorial techonology?

A.If you evaluate the specimen which has all the composition in it with the same thickness and deposition conditions, you can obtain the optimized composition for your new functional material in a short time, without making plenty of samples.

Q.How about time and cost required making samples?

A.For required time to make samples, it is about 2 weeks after preparation of the target and substrates. For cost, we will provide you a quotation after discussion.

Q.What kind of material can be deposit by the Combinatorial Sputtering system, CMS-6420?

A.All kind of conpound materials can be synthesized such as Intermetalic compound, Comples Oxide, or Oxy-Nitrides. For ferromagnetic materials, we had developed the dedicated magnetron sputtering cathode for ferromagnetic target.

Q.What about the delivery term of CMS-6420?
