ACTIVITIES

• Comet Inc. was established as the NIMS (National Institute for Materials Science) aproved venture in 2007, to provide superior support for the new functional material development with the benifit of the high-throughput combinatorial technology. By means of the combinatorial technology which can make the one sample specimen having all the combination of the compositions on it, the development period can be remarkably reduced.
• With the Combinatorial technology, Comet Inc. proposes the new development methods for new functional solid materilas, and provide the services of sample preparations and characterizations.
• Comet Inc. ships the Combinatorial Multi Cathode Sputtering system, CMS-6420, equipped with the moving mask system to realize the combinatorial composition spread specimen.
